Important Details

• Arrival
  Please arrive at least 20 minutes before your scheduled slot to check in and warm up.
• Fields
  Evaluations will take place on the Major Field. Please warm up on the Minor Field.
• Dugouts
  5 minutes prior to your age group time slot, be ready in the assigned Major Field dugout.

  Home dugout is closest to third base (enter field through third base entrance by the major shed).
  Visitor dugout is by first base (enter field through the parking lot).
• Who attends
  Tee Ball players do not need to attend. Rookie Players age 7 and above should attend.
• League age
  Your "league age" is how old you are on 8/31/2026.

Evaluation Schedule

Player Drafts

After evaluations, Upper Division player drafts will occur. The Majors teams will draft first. Intermediate teams will draft from the available players on Monday, January 12. From the players left after the Intermediate draft, the Minors teams will be drafted on Tuesday, January 13. Players will be advised of their slot in the days or week after the drafts.

Division Information

Managers and Coaches

Those that volunteered to manage or coach upper divisions, please be sure to be available all day on Saturday, January 10 as well as for the draft for your division. The drafts will take place at 7:00pm at a location TBD. We hope to announce who the official coaches for each division will be very soon, but cannot do so until we are able to state with certainty how many teams we will have for each division. Thank you for your patience!

Rookie and Tee Ball Teams

Rookie and Tee Ball teams are formed in the weeks after the upper division drafts. These division players can prepare for practices to begin the first week of February.
